Who we are
Good News Travels a fully private company owned and
operated by Myanmar citizens. It was founded in the year
2001 by William Myatwunna upon the return from Europe after
his
studies in Tourism Marketing and Planning by the
scholarship of Belgium Government.
Recognizing the participation, effort and benefit to
local people in far remote areas, Good News Travels
establish branch offices in major tourist destinations such
as Bagan, Mandalay, Inle and Mrauk Oo by providing
educational, professional and financial supports to all the
local staff. Our policy is to extend peace, friendship and
loving-kindness to all human beings across the globe.
Good News Travels is a well-established tourism company
providing all travel services throughout Myanmar. In the year
2008, Good News Travels became the first ever and the only
one in Myanmar awarded Top Travel Specialist for Myanmar by
US based Condé Nast Traveler Magazine.
